In December, 2021, the community of Nora will celebrate its 150th anniversary. The NORA 2021 Plan envisions what we want our community to look like by then, and how we get there. Based on community input from the NORA 2021 meetings and online input, the Plan starts with a shared vision to guide us, an overall strategy for development, and a clear plan for action.
