•1775 East 96th St.: Herman and Kittle Properties, Inc. seek rezoning of 23.2 acres from the SU-3 district (“Shorties Golf Course) to the D-P classification to provide for a multi-family residential development with 444 apartment units at a density of 19.1 units per acre.
