At this meeting, the council will vote on Proposal 145, which authorizes a referendum on the November 2016 ballot on new funding for public transportation in Marion County; therefore, if passed, the proposal would place a referendum (public question) on the November 8th ballot asking if voters would like to devote additional tax revenue to fund the Marion County Transit Plan.
