Earth Day & Great Indy Cleanup

On April 22-23, 2017, the Nora Alliance Monon Trail Workgroup is organizing a weekend Earth Day & Great Indy Cleanup beautification project. On Saturday and Sunday, volunteers will paint, plant, mulch, and participate in an area cleanup. All are welcome!

Help us spread the word. Please print and post the event flier.

See what a difference you, your neighbors, and a weekend can make.

Transforming a Neglected Trailhead

The 86th Street Trailhead is the epicenter of Nora. Unfortunately, the area suffers from years of neglect due to the City’s budget crisis.

This beautification project is the first in a series to take back our public spaces. It is part of the vision for a Monon Trail Chain of Microparks and Trailheads.

Other Ways You Can Help

Can’t make it this weekend but still want to help? The Nora Alliance seeks volunteers for this and other ongoing projects. Volunteer here.

The Nora Alliance is an Indiana Incorporated Not-for profit. Our 501(c)3 status is pending, therefore your donations are not currently tax deductible.
